I am planning to buy a flat in Wakad. We have sortlisted one project -Panache from Yashri developers / Yashada developers. This project is near hinjewadi bridge behind shayaji hotel.
They are quoting 4400 / sqft.

I didn't find any review about this builder or project. can some please guide me here.
