Anyone heard of Dream Value Developers Pvt. Ltd.
In their website they are offering 100 sq yard plot for 50000/- 70 km from Jaipur on DMIC corridor. DMIC corridor is a future railway link mumbai to delhi via several states and their are several points in each state which will be developed as industrial/investment points...
There is a flood of such plots in Jaipur, Tonk area... can not say whether the township they are offering has govt. approvals or not...
How do we check whether such offerings are legal, approved by govt. and
whether such investments are ok since the prices are very catchy...
In their website , they have also posted pictures of marketing their scheme in Trade fairs etc.
If someone has any info. on this scheme / company pls share...if it is a genuine scheme then it is worth investing at such a price for very long time...given the location of scheme....
