Anekal Plot.. Is it worth to hold the property

Friends,

Please advise me if it is a better idea to hold the 4000 Sqft plot in Anekal.. Location... Ing vysya bank employees lay out.. and TVS factory is 5 Km from my site..

I bought the site in 2007, please let me know what is the market price in the Anekal side, Bangalore.
