Pls let me know how you feel about these 2 projects.
Pramuk Aqua heights:
Rate is 3600rs sq ft and it is bang on main road and facing veerasandra lake. Lake facing charges is 100 and PLC floor wise (6th or above) is 25 per floor.
I am not sure about the builder? How is this project in terms of investment. Heard that metro station will be coming in EC and Huskur gate. 2bhk is 53lacs odd.

It is behind narayana hrudalaya. 2.2 kms from main road. did not like the neighboruing areas but the project looks awesome. they are giving 1850 sq ft villa in 60 lakhs. from main road, approach road is ok. project location to bomasandra junction is 4kms.
I am confused between these 2 projects. wanted to take villa but it is 2.2 kms from main road and in 4-5 years , metro will be till bomasandra only.
Aqua heights looks little pricey though and the Super built up area to carpet area is only 70%.
what do experts suggest?
