suggestion on prelaunch/ongoing 2 Bhk apartment- 50 Lakhs

Hi everyone.

I am new to this forum , apologies if this is answered already. I am looking at booking an apartment and totally lost with loads of information on-line. Your suggestions are much appreciated. here is my requirements

1. 2 BHK
2. Budget - 50 Lakhs
3. Pre-launch or ongoing Projects - I can wait for 2-3 years
4. Purpose - Investment
5. Location - not very particular - off sarjapur road, south bangalore .. anything
6. Preferably reputed builders
