Which one to Sale G99 Plot or Amstoria Floor

Hi Members

Please help me to take right decision.I have 400sqyd good location plot in G99 and 303 sqyd country Floors BPTP Amstoria Ground floor.

Need some money and like to sale one of them.But cant decided which when to sale or can say which one would be able to sell soon.

Please also advice what is latest price of G99 as well Amstoria floor.

I have GF corner, park facing floor in A-block BPTP Amstoria & plot in G99 Barcelona also corner, park facing .
