I am an investor staying in west delhi. I am getting a 100sqyds floor in TATARPUR VILLAGE (LAL DORA AREA) near tagore garden at rs.52 lacs where as same area in proper tagore gdn few meters away is at around 1.15 crores.
Is there any catch apart from locality difference? How safe is this investment as i come to knw tht it wud b a proper registry and nationalised bank's loan can also be availed.
Also how much appreciation can be expected in terms of capital gain and rental values.?
