Google Maps Satellite View shows proper details of the property and surroundings. I went to see the property today. The construction is almost done (i.e. interiors / exteriors is remaining) and the sales guy present there was saying possession will be handed over in a few months. He mentioned that the approval is from Panchayati and that two of the 10 houses have been sold out.
1) Has anyone else visited this property ? Please share feedback
2) Is Panchayati approval ok to go with ? Does it carry the risk of being termed illegal
3) Has anyone heard of the builders ? [Sulekha mentions that it is being developed by Sri Sai constructions (A Group of Universal Builders And Developers]
