rental appartment close to kelambakkam bus stand and market.

Hi,
I am trying to find a 2bed appartment (with covered car park is better) or without it. I want to live close to kelambakkam bus stand and market road. I got link with local mediators and they are saying that they got a 2bed new appartment in rajeswari nagar.
Can any one help me how much it will cost for rent and advance.If, I want to rent around this place.
