Im just about to book a flat in Amarpraksh builders' project Palm Riviera in Tiruneermalai...

i already visited the site where its actually located just opposite to their previous project Royal Castle...
They offer plenty of amenities specialized for women kids and senior citizens..and also they provide a land of 1000sqft in tiruvallur,,,
pl suggest me regarding this,,,whether its worth moving?
