Apartment in Ramnagar North Madipakkam

Hi Seniors,

Am 26 yrs old and got my 1st apartment with my earnings in Madipakkam Ramanagar North. I would like to know whether i have done a safe choice of investment as this is the 1st investment of my life in long terms..

I know there are water logging issues some times but would like to hear open comments?:)
