What if I want to Buy now in Noida Sec 7X

Hi

I am an end user .I have purcahsed a house in Ghaziabad but it is builder flat and pretty small . I want to sell that and purchase new in Noida 7X sector .PLease suggest the best in those sectors and the worst (so that I dont waste my time :)) .My old house will sell around 40L so I can put some more and budget can be around 60L want 3BHK nice one ..and so that I need not think again for buying .

Please help Confused ...
