I am planning to buy an apartment on the golf course road in gurgaon - confused because of the new metro line

Hi Guys,

Need your help and suggestions.

I am planning to buy a 3 BHK in either Park Place or Bellaire.

But Log keh rahe hain ki golf course road pe bohot disturbance hogi as the new metro line is coming uo and also the flyover.

What do i do???

Shall i switch and plan it on Sohna road as it is cheaper as well....

When do you think the work will start?? and will it be a mess to live here for the next few years???
