Needed views about the project (It is around 2 kms from Neral Railway Station on foothills of Matheran), future potential of appreciation of property in this project, builder's reputation.I heard that this project is launched in Oct 2012 but no legal documents are submitted to any of the bank yet for project approval. If anybody has any insight into this, his reply would help.
