I'm a first time home buyer and am looking at buying a 2bhk but preferrably a 3bhk(if cost permits) in and around the HRBR layout area. My budget is 30 lakhs. This is going to be a long term investment for my parents and I'm not looking at re-sale value right away. What is a good project to look at with my kind of budget? Quality of the project is very important and reliability of the builder. Any input and suggestions people with knowledge have to offer will be highly appreciated.
