I have planned to purchase 2BHK from Poomalai Construction Lakshita Apartments in Vengambakkam which is nearly 2 kms from Ruby Grand, Selaiyur. I have reviewed their floor plan and model house. We liked it, however before I confirm my booking just wanted to know much about the builder and the comments on the project. Please share your thoughts on my investment in this project.
