The notification seems to be in effect from 30th January.
What remains to be clarified is whether this approves stilt parking or a3rd floor for residential houses in Haryana.
Would appreciate feedback from others on this forum.I am looking to construct my house in Nirvana Country 1 Gurgaon on a 360 sq.yard plot & want to construct a stilt parking alongwith Ground & 2 floors on it.

No. Misc-382-E/JD(BS)/2013/ 29800.-In exercise of the powers conferred by
sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 25 of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act 41 of 1963), and with reference to Haryana Government, Town and Country Planning Department, Notification no. Misc-382-E/JD(BS)/2012/22971 dated the 16th November, 2012, the Governor of Haryana makes the following rules further to amend herby makes the following rules to amend Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act 41 of 1963) namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development (Haryana Amendment) Rules, 2013.
2. In the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Rules 1965 (hereinafter called the said rules), in rule 49, in the Schedule, under column 3, against item (a), (b), (c) and (d), for the figure and words 12 Meters, the figure and words 14.5 Meters shall be substituted.
3. In the said rules, in Form BR-IV(A), Form BR-IV(B), Form BR-V(1), Form BR-V(2), Form BR-V(A1), Form BR-V(A2), for the figure and words 3 storeys or less than 11 Meters, the figure and words 14.5 meters respectively shall be substituted.
