I have been reading on multiple threads that DLF has significant landbank in sec-76 for couple of years now but haven't seen any launches yet there.
This might be the fact DLF wants to encash on 8x and 9x landbank before to set a base price for 7x in future.
Anyone has an idea if this is true and the size of that? I am looking at a few properties around and it might be good investment if DLF would launch anytime in next 12-18m
