looking 2 BHK - Budget 50 lacs

Hi Friend,

I am a newbie in the forum and need some help in finding right flat for my family. My budget is 50 lac and i am looking for 2 BHK with good carpet area.

I am open for for under construction property since is currently i am out of country and will be back by end of year. i can down payment up-to 12 -15 lac and will plan for housing later when i am back. I had lived in NIBM for few years and really like the place and cosmopolitan culture there .

My prefer locality=> NIBM Rd, Kondhwa , wanowri , lulla nagar and nearby places

can you share some good property details around this area to start with
