It is a no brainer as far as preference goes. But is this a make ir break decision for many in choosing the right project?
Some builders dont have enough land area to give stilt parking for all and offer itonly for say 3bhk etc.
Whats the typical trend? Do buyers stay away? Same question for renters. Is open parking a detriment to the rental prospect s?
