Review on Skyline Construction.Exaltus

I am looking at pre launch stage apartment in south/east Bangalore.

So I need reviews on 2 developers/projects.

1 . Skyline exaltus by Skyline construction
2. Hara Vijaya heights by Vijaya enterprises.

Can you please let me know which is good one?


Also, please let me know if you have any apartments in this stage which is better than this..
