Details required - Plot scheme near shikrapur

visiting this forum after a long break.... Need small favour from you all.

Few months before, there was a advt running on television about plot scheme on Nagar road near Shikrapur. Two marathi news channels ( IBN Lokmat and ABP) showed these advt.

Can anyone share the contact no/name/details of this scheme if someone might have noted down somewhere as apart of search ?
