Brick field Gempark Villas in Sarjapura

Hi,

I am first time buyer/investor and I come across Brickfield Gempark villa project in Sarjapura that is being marketed by Artha properties and build by MBR builders.
The 1630 sft buildup area villa cost around 55 lakhs.

Is this good place to invest or for stay, if not now atleast 2 years from now once the villa is constrcuted and handed over?

Also is this place have any potential for renting the villa? Can anybpody stay here and go to work places like electronic city.

Any other positive or negative factors to consider.
