Recently got booked Signature Villas, SEZ, Jaipur, 1 for me and 1 for my Dr. sister. East facing on 40 feet road. they are duplex with 3BHK, 3Toilet, 1 Lounge and servant room with toilet.
They are at the start of Jaipur SEZ and adjacent to MGF Jaipur greens. Found them quite promising since SEZ is coming up in a good way. Infosys, Wipro, ICICI bank have already started their offices. In the pipeline is JCB, SBI, Ratan textiles etc.
The guy has promised me possession in 18 months since the construction will start just after Diwali. It costed me 38 lakh all inclusive.
