I have just brought a property from a lady. This is a resale property. The lady had gone for booking the property on its launch in 2008 and subsequently received the possession letter in June 2012. However, as she was willing to resell the property, she dint get her property registered and hence at present she is having an agreement for sale executed between her and the builder. It may be noted that there was a nomination clause in the said property.
Now I am purchasing that flat. The registry in this case will be done between me and the builder and the payment is to be made to the lady who is selling the flat. I am willing to take a loan for purchase of the flat. Someone please guide me and also provide name of banks which can give me a loan
