Unitech Sunbreeze Vs. Tulip White

I have stretched my budget to 80L (I know this is really tough for me). I want to buy and live it in to save rent of 20K. I will take loan of 40L.

Now got two option in sec 70 and both are adjacent projects. Pl advice me which one to go for,

1. Sunbreeze, 1326 sqft, 5500 in resale, 18 months for possession.
2. Tulip white: 1320 sq ft 6500 in resale, 6 month for possession.

Mind is for Tulip but heart is for Unitech.

Any other choice then these two in 80L?
