Help !Lost documentation for plot near Panchkula / Derail Bassi and Ambala

My family has a plot near Panchkula and Ambala but we have lost the documentation.

Can someone please help by telling me is there a local real estate office or legal agent we could work with to obtain the documentation for this plot?
