Ansal's Emerald Heights Agra property

Hi,
This project is on fatehabad Road, very close to Jaypee Palace Hotel. They are giving rate of 2350 per sf for 2 bhk(1150 sqft). Possession after 2.5 years.

Anyone has any more info about this New project in Agra?
Please suggest if its a good investment or not.
