what are the pros and cons of buying a flat in hinjewadi?
i have searched previous posts but didn't find good and detailed discussion.
as per ravi karndiker blog, there are some advantages in buying in NIDC area. however i'd like to hear from u guys?
will there be water available from NIDC? electricity?
appreciation? there was news IN TOI that it'll appreciate by 100% in few years...
any possibility of opening shopping malls, multiplexes, small shops?
