3 BHK Flat in Royal Rahadhki Greens

I am interested in buying a 3bhk flat in Pimple Saudagar and have explored a few options; and Royal Rahadki Greens (Rahatani) by G.K.Developers is one of them. I would like to know about the reputation of the builder and if it would be a good idea to go with the project.
