Seeking advice for lower-to-medium investment in South-Chennai for end use.

Dear forum members,

I am aribalki, joined recently in this forum user group. But I never miss to read the updates in the recent past. It is really very interesting and useful from every aspects of RE.

Seeking advise from experts and senior members to locate some good layouts in South Chennai for end use. I can invest max 25L and have a plan to construct a house within 2 ~ 3 years period.
