I am looking for 3 BHK Flat for end use and confused between Main GN and Sector-137.
I have following view for both the areas.
Greater Noida advantages over Sector-137:
1. Ready to move Flats as compared to UC Flats in 137
2. Spacious Flats(1800-1900 SQ Ft.) as comapred to 1300-1400 SQ Ft. flat in same budget
3. 2 to 3 side open flats as compared to 1 side open flats in 137
4. 60-70 % Green Area as compared to 30-40 % green area in most of the societies of 137
5. Available in 65-70 Lakhs(Purvanchal,Eldeco,ATS) as compared to 75-80 lakhs.
6. GN has all the facilities as 137 in between Noida and GN. one will have to go to either N or GN for basic needs.
