So, we know that there exists a builder/official rate of an UC property and then we have a resale rate which more often than not is less or somewhat equal to the builder rate. However, do we have some cases wherein the property has been sold at a PREMIUM in resale, i.e. a price higher than what is officially quoted by the builder. Is such a thing practically possible in realty and if yes, can you quote some examples and reasons behind this phenomenon...
