I have been finally able to sell off my property after a long wait and have 80 L upfront [60:40 white/black]..I can apply for loan as well to stretch till 1 cr. I have below requirements:
-> Purely Investment: Want to maximise the gains and have maqximum ROI..
-> Investment horoizon : Mid term [3 yrs], to avoid short term property gains
-> Upfront money: Want to utilize the upfront money.. Please note that by taking a loan [assuming 20 yrs, 20 L], I would be payiing additional 7.5 L in 3 yrs [20*12*3].. So that needs to be accounted as well for suggesting a property and my primary goal of investment
->Liquidity: This is another requirement, should be able to sell off the investment after 3 yrs..
