There is a lot of RE hype in East Pune and maybe it is justified. I don't know. What I am interested in knowing is how is the water situation there. Currently, I believe even EON SEZ is dependent on water tankers. But there is not much there currently anyway, so that is fine. How about 3 years from now, when the area is going to be packed with residential projects. I'd like to know what the water prospects are in this area 3 years from now. Someone had suggested somewhere that Kharadi already has a water tank build by PMC. Apparently IVY Estate is building its own water supple line from some river. Is that true? Given the residential growth there and 2 townships also coming (Panchshil and KUL), do you think PMC will be able to supple adequate water to all these people? If yes, how?
