I wish to start an objective thread to calculate the Expected no of families moving into Greater Faridabad Sectors, in various projects by 2013. This is a major factor that will give a spin on discussions about the area in a positive manner.
Till recently, it was thought that only BPTP holds the keys to the development of Greater Faridabad. But with a lot of project expected to be delivered, can we have an idea of no of families ACTUALLY moving into Greater faridabad by end 2013
Few pointers to this discussion are
CURRENTLY Under POSSESSION
Omaxe Heights 2bhk/3bhk towers appx 600 Families
Grandeura appx 150 families
Princess Park appx 12 families
SRS appx 150 families
EXPECTED Possessions
Omaxe Heights 3BHK towers, Possession letter being sent as I write.. appx no of units?? By when??
Uppal Jade Possibly by mid 2013??.. appx no of units??
SRS 3BHK likely 1st qtr 2013??.. appx no of units??
Puri Pranayam likely 1st, 2nd qtr??.. appx no of units?? OC received
BPTP Villas Likely end 2013??.. appx no. of units?? OC status??
BPTP Floors.. Likely??.. appx no of units?? OC status??
BPTP plots (may want to consider even though no families would move in) Likely 1000??
RPS Can be considered with some credible proofs
Piyush can be considered with some credible proofs
We need to be positive but should have sound proof before recommending expected possession. This includes, regularisation of licenses, payment of EDC/IDC by builder to Govt, Allocation of EWS units, Occupation Certificate information (company communication/website as proof)
therefore we can have a good idea about total no. of families. This will help in strengthening focus on roads development, bridges, connectivity, conveyance, schools, shopping, law and order, other conveniences etc.
