Suggestions for RTM house in Noida - close to Delhi sectors

Dear all - I am looking to buy a flat in Noida (3BHK + servant quarter) with a budget of about 1.5 Cr. My requirements are that it should be ready to move immediately, new construction, with amenities such as club/gym etc. Also, it should be in an established sector - any suggestions?
