RTM 2 BHK with a budget of 25 Lacs

My Friend is looking for a 2BHK with a budget of 25 Lacs. He is looking for something closer to Sec-62..I know in RNE, there are options, can someone help in providing the projects and flat size which can be achieved in this budget.

Also, any idea if CR and lancraft project on NH24 is achievable in this budget?
