I am looking for a 2bhk flat for myself.
My budget is of 25-30 lac.
Can any one guide me for the project of Noida Extension I should invest for a 2bhk .
The area that I am looking is 1000-1100 sqft.
I am looking for a project in which I can trust on builder that he is going to deliver the project (I doubt 'on time') but it should not be like for a year or two my money is stuck and at the end of the day project got scraped because of XYZ reason.
Also the quality of the project also matters to me.
I trust Gulshan but there projects are out of my budget.
Any help is well appreciated.
