How is the scope for development of the areas which connects to BIAL east gate from hennur (i.e Hennur, Kannur, Baglur.. BIAL). Most of the these are in green belt. My few questions,
1. Is BIAL is really going to open EAST gate? Is there any use of it?
2. Most of the areas are in Green Belt? What is the scope for development?
3. Some of the developers have DC converted land (very few) and formed layouts (Village Panchayanth Approved). What is scope for investment in those layouts which are DC converted and Village Panchayanth Approved?
