1 bhk for upto 50 lacs

Hi,

I am looking for 1 BHK apartment in Gurgaon with price upto 50L.

Few options I have come across is Unitech uniworld garden 2 - 55 lacs (has some entrance dispute with villagers)

Kendriya Vihar Ground floor - 58 Lacs (quite old)

Another sec-56 society ground floor - 54 lacs (old again)

Ansal valley view faridabad road - 56 lacs (don't know much about it)

All these above my range by Rs 5-7 lacs (which is not a very small amount for me + registry charges).

My motive is to have a rent-able property with appreciation, so considering only completed or near to completion projects.

Can you please help me with pointers on the same.
