We have been searching for a plot recently on noida expressway for investment purpose (Long term) and shortlisted sector 105 as a prefered sector. I would like to discuss the pros and cons of this sector on this forum.
Also the price quoted by various dealers in sector 18/105 are between 1.15 lacs per sqmtr to 1.45 lacs per sqmtr. Are these the ongoing prices ? Is it advisable to buy a 200 or 250 sqmtr plot in sector 105 on a wider road ?
