Kindly give your suggestion for buying a plot ( un approved plot - but the broker tole me that he will get the approvel another 10 days and the broker demanding the approval cost in addition to land price) near Poomalai Lakshita appartment near Bhart engineering college, Puthur village.The layout is just few meters from the mud road.( I think it is Tambaram Eastern Bypass Road)
The layout name is sundrapandiyapuram layout ( Not sure). What is the price in this area? need expert opinion in this forum. ( Broker quoted Rs 1900 per sqft from rs 2000 . Is it worth to invest in this area?. Is it worth to buy this layout in this price?)
