I wanted to sell my one year old apartment. I would like to know what are the taxes and additional costs which I need to consider while selling a apartment.

I have put almost 45Lacks on the apartment. What is the best way to sell the apartment.

Can any one please explain me the procedure or checlist for selling an apartment in banglaore.
