I am planning to buy a flat in Pune, primarily as an investment. I have just joined this forum.
Yesterday I saw a single building project in Keshav Nagar. The site is less than 1 KM from the junction of the Kharadi bypass/Mundwa road, about 400 meters from Florida junction towards the Phadnis project.
Q1. I am told it is under gram panchayat but the plan to bring it under PMC has already been published. It should happen in a few months. Can anyone tell me if this is correct information?
Q2. There is a tabela next to the project. I am told that once it comes under PMC, the tabela has to go as it is not allowed under PMC limits. Is this a fact?
Q3. The Mutha river runs a short distance from the site. What are the development rules regarding building structures near the river? Is there something like the Coastal Regulatory Zone type of rule applicable to the river also?
