After months of research I have finalized some site for my medium budget of ~50Lakhs.
I want a option where:
A) Is habitable in next 3 years.
AND
B) I can sell next year and get 5-10 Lakh rupees profit. ( I MAY need to leave for higher studies )

Here are my options :

1. ParkView 2nd phase .. NIMBUS .. at start of Yamuna expressway 3775 /sqft
2. ParkView 2nd phase .. NIMBUS .. 5km for start of Yamuna expressway 3200 /sqft
3. Poorvancha at Yamuna Expresswaty 3200
4. Bharti City .. LONI Gaziabad 3050
5. SARVOTTAM SHREE indrapuram 4700
6. SARVOTTAM .. NX .. Greater Noida WEST (noida extn ) 2350
7. PLOT 60 sqm 42 L , Delta , Greater Noida

Since I want it both habitable and sellable in near future, I am confused whats the best option?
Which place has maximum chances of appreciation?
Which developer/place/rate is best for me?
Which place would have max resale value?
I have heard rates are getting stagnant now. Is it good time to buy? Would I have problem reselling next year?
