Stamp Duty & Registration - Mira Road

Hi All,

What all things should one verify before we do the stamp duty & registration of the property?

Is there any checklist we can have with us?

I have paid 19.9% of the property value. Can I do the stamp duty & registration for my flat now as developer has asked for it?

Any suggestions would be helpful.
