Need information on Registration - Vasundhara Home

Hi,

I am planning to buy home in Sector 11 Vasundhara, Gaziabad and want to know where I have to do registration of house in Awas Vikas or Gaziabad Tehsil.

As per the information which I have GDA does not manage Vasundhara properties and Awas vikas managing it.

The current owner of that house done registration in Gaziabad Tehsil. Also, to cross check current owner registration where I have to visit Awas Vikas office or Gaziabad Tehsil.

Can someone please assist / guide me.
