Is it a right time to invest in Hyd? and which location?

I am s beginner in this market. I have some amount and thinking to start with plotting and selling. But I am confused with location. So please assist me which location has much potentiality in future where i can get good returns and can sell the venture easily in no time?
I have selected some of the locations and I am sharing with you, do please share your views upon it.
