Very new to this forum, however have been keeping an eye on this for a long time.
I am an end-user, wanted to invest as of now in the areas, close to Delhi that can develop well for residential use after 8 to 10 years.
- My preference is on NH8, Bhiwadi or on Ajmer Highway.
- My budget is upto 50L.
- I am interested in an approved project.
- Best location for residential.
- Loan-able property.
Here is what I thought of:
1. Land investment upto 20 L for 200 sq yard or more.
2. Rest of the amount in residential apartment or villa.
Following are the options that excited me:
Residential apartment:

Preference:
1. On-road, or on Highway.
2. Easily accessible through public transport.
3. Metro station, bus station close-by.
4. Shopping center proximity.
